About the Journal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Journal of Economics and Social Research<\/strong> is an scientific journal issued 2x per year by Faculty of Economics, Matej Bel University from 2000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim of the scientific journal is to publish interdisciplinary oriented research articles, essays, and reviews focused on economic and managerial aspects in a dynamically changing society, with an emphasis on the interconnection of business and financial management, public sector management, and regional development.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The journal emphasizes analytical, empirical, and applied research that contributes to a better understanding of economic and managerial challenges at the level of companies, public institutions, and regions, and creates space for implications in real-world conditions.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The journal is intended for the scientific community and practitioners dealing with various economic and social aspects of the functioning of society.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Auto-archiving policy<\/strong>
Each issue of the Journal of Economics and Social Research is permanently archived in the institutions established on the basis of Act no. 265\/2022 Coll. Act on Publishers of Publications and on the Register in the Field of Media and Audiovisual and on Amendments to Certain Acts (Publications Act)<\/a>. The printed version of the journal (until 2020) is also permanently stored in the University Library of the Matej Bel University<\/a>. Since 2020, the journal has been published exclusively in its electronic form, it is archived and accessible in the Archive of the journal<\/a> on the webpages of the Journal of Economics and Social Research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open access policy<\/strong>
The Journal of Economics and Social Research supports the Institutional Open Access Policy of the Matej Bel University in Bansk\u00e1 Bystrica,<\/a> which provides barrier-free online access to the outputs of science and research financed from public sources in order to increase the visibility of scientific outputs, and thus their impact on the development of society. The journal publishes fully open access issues and its articles are available online to all users immediately after publication. Articles in the journal are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0)<\/a>. It means that all the content of the journal is freely available for non-commercial purposes, users can copy and redistribute the material, transform and develop the material of medium, if the original work is properly cited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
