This study&nbsp;identifies&nbsp;and evaluates the economic benefits of local currency implementation through a systematic literature review and an analysis of their impact on territorial development. Employing the Delphi method as the primary research tool, this interdisciplinary analysis explores how local currencies can strengthen&nbsp;local&nbsp;competitiveness. The findings provide a detailed overview of the advantages these currencies offer to municipal governments and communities.
