Submission:<\/strong>
Manuscripts in Slovak or English shall be sent on an ongoing basis to mail: ekonomikaaspolocnost@umb.sk<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Periodicity:<\/strong>
The journal is published twice a year. For the first issue of the magazine each year, the editors generally accept manuscripts until 31st<\/sup> May of the given year. For the second issue of the journal, the editors generally accept manuscripts until 30th<\/sup>. November of the given year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Publishing fees:<\/strong>
The Journal of Economics and Social Research does not collect any fees related to the submission of the article, the review process, the processing of the article, and also any fees related to the publication of the article.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Articles:<\/strong>
Articles should be of a theoretical and applicable character corresponding with the character of the journal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key focus areas of the journal: theory of economics, business management and marketing, financial management, public economy and management, regional and local development and tourism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Title should be clear and concise. Articles have to be accompanied by an abstract of no more than 1 000 characters including spaces and 3 or 5 key words. It is necessary to mark the article by the code of JEL <\/a>Classification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The length of article is max. 60 000 characters including spaces.  The length of review is 10 000 \u2013 15 000 characters depending on the length of the reviewed book, and report 10 0000 \u2013 12 500 characters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Formal requirements:<\/strong>
Text has to be typed in MS Word: Times New Roman, font size 12; line spacing 1.5; format A4.
Bibliographic citations are given according to APA reference style (see APA below) and must include all necessary data.
Figures, graphs and tables are numbered in the order they appear in the text. Authors are obliged to use the journal template ensure correct formatting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Structure of the article<\/strong>:
– Title; Author\/Authors (including contact information and ORCID); Abstract and Key words in English; JEL Classification;

– Introduction; Aim, Material and Methodology; Results and Discussion; Conclusion; Grant support if applicable;

– References.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reviewing:<\/strong>
Reviews of the article are anonymous and provided by two independent reviewers from outside of organization.

License terms<\/strong>:<\/strong>
Authors who publish in the Journal of Economics and Social Research retain their copyright and publication rights without restrictions and grant the journal the right of first immediate publication of the article. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
